Our System Leaders
ConnectED Teaching School Alliance has a number of Senior System Leaders, who work closely with our SLEs. Our Alliance collaborates with our partner schools to raise standards through joint projects, in-school support and staff development. We offer School to School Support, bespoke support and CPD to a school, or groups of schools, in a range of areas, such as developing essential skills for effective middle leadership, TA training, and subject specialist training at all key stages.
All of this support can take different forms according to schools’ needs and requests, whether it is in the form of personalised training and/or follow-up support for individuals or groups. Our support is provided by a large team of System Leaders from a range of schools, who have a proven track record of excellence in their field.
Our team of System Leaders currently includes 10 designated Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs) and a National Leader of Governance (NLG).
The aim of Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs) is to offer support to individuals and teams in similar roles in other schools. They are experienced leaders who have demonstrated outstanding practice and have the skills to support others in similar contexts.
In collaboration with Suffolk Local Authority we establish areas of need for specific School to School Support, so that we can tailor the support we offer through our wide range of expert practitioners to schools in the region. Our team of SLEs currently offer the following areas of expertise:
